Indian Wedding in Thailand - The Heliosphere

I was invited to perform with the Dream Engine at an Indian wedding at the beautiful Dusit Thani, Pataya, Thailand. 

 The event we were performing at is known as Jaimala (Exchange of Garlands) - the couple exchanges garlands as a gesture of acceptance of one another and a pledge to respect one another as partners. The grounds had been done up beautifully with all fresh flower decorations.

 I was to fly over the water at sunset holding both the garlands and present them to the bride and groom from the heliosphere

We later performed a 10 minute aerial act after the fireworks over the party and down onto the beach. It was very well received.

Aerial at a Bar Mitzvah at Sketch, London

Mercedes Car Launch - Champagne Rain

 

3 of us Performed "Champagne Rain" on aerial hoop for the Mercedes car launch at the Retailer of the year awards 2011 in Birmingham this week. We were to pour champagne whilst hanging from aerial hoops for the reception of the event. The event was silver themed as the new car they were launching was silver.

Hewlett Packard Sales Kick Off 2011 - Milan

I Performed as part of a show created by George May productions as part of the Hewlett Packard Sales Kick off Cocktail Party 2011. There were numerous artistes flown to Milan from all over the world to perform alongside myself. These ranged from stilt walkers, contortionists, acrobalancers, brazillian dancers and strolling characters.

Due to the exclusivitiy of the event I was unable to obtain video footage or performance images.

Belfast Festival 2011 - Diamond in the Enchanted Garden - 26th Oct

Had the pleasure of working at the Belfast Festival 2011. We were an installment in the Enchanted Gardens. " For four nights only in October, the fairytale creatures of Botanic Gardens come out from their underground realm for this special family event, presented in association with the Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen`s" I was to perform "The Diamond"; an 11M inflated structure with silks suspended inside designed and produced by The Dream Engine(.co.uk)

Avatar Themed Wedding in Delhi India

Flew out for a last minute job in Delhi. It was a pre-wedding party known as the Sangeet A sangeet is an Indian/Pakistani ceremony which takes place two or three days prior to the wedding.  This particular event was Avatar themed...

I was working with the wonderful Joe Palmer. We were booked to perform synchronized silks to "Sounds of India" which comprised of percussion from all over the world.

Performing alongside us was Edward Maya, a Romanian musician, producer, performer, and composer.

We later performed Champagne Rain. This was pouring champagne from a trapeze bar! CLICK HERE! to see a video!
